Aerial view of a festival site with tents and stage

Your tills must not stop
because the WiFi is overloaded.

At an event, everything hangs on the network: the payment terminals at the bar, the ticket scanners at the entrance, the crew that needs to reach each other and the visitors who want to share a photo. NetWX builds one network on which all of that works at the same time, without one getting in the way of the other.

What you get

Payments keep working, even at peak times

Payment terminals and ticketing get their own shielded network with priority. When everyone goes online at 10 pm, your bar does not notice a thing.

Coverage on every part of the site

A meadow, a square, a hall or a tent: we make sure every spot is covered. From the mast, and with extra access points where needed.

Our own connection, even where there is no signal

5G and satellite at the same time. On a remote site, in a concrete hall or in the middle of a field: we bring the internet with us.

From village festival to trade show across four halls

Guest WiFi in your own branding

Visitors sign in on a page with your logo, your colours and your message. Handy for a sponsor, a programme or a link to your ticket shop. We build that page for you, there is nothing you need to do. Visitors connect the way you want: straight away, with an email address, with a voucher or via their social account.

NetWX customer portal showing usage and connections for an event

You watch along, live

Through your customer portal you see during the event how many people are online, how the connections are doing and whether everything is green. No phone call needed to know it works.

What people ask us first

Does this work in a place without mobile signal?

Yes. We bring several connections: 5G from different operators and satellite. On locations without any signal we use satellite as the main line.

How long does setup take?

That depends on the site. A setup with only the mast and wireless coverage is up in about an hour. Larger networks with cabling to stands or halls we prefer to build at least one day in advance.

Can visitors get free WiFi without disturbing the tills?

Yes. Visitors join a separate network with a sign-in page and a speed limit. The tills sit on their own zone that always gets priority.

What if something goes wrong during the event?

We monitor the network remotely throughout the event and step in before you notice anything. For larger events a technician can stay on site.

How much does it cost?

That depends on the location, the duration and what needs to work. That is why we start with a short conversation, after which you receive a tailored proposal.

No quote without a conversation, and that is deliberate. Fill in the short form or give us a call. We will get back to you quickly.
